OUR DREAM IS NOW A REALITY
Established in 2017 by its directors Joe Lewis, Steve Manning and Matthew Johnston and with over 50 years collective experience in the Thai food and beverage industry, the three partners feel the time is right to create and open Manston Foods for the local and ex-pat communities of Thailand.
Our three step plan:
1. The Short Term: To open the meat processing branch of our business and, at first, offer our products locally while our sales teams travel out further afield and introduce Manston Foods to clients outside of Pattaya. As well as processing we will be offering an extensive range of imported produce such as fresh oysters and other shellfish, Wagyu beef, specialty fish, a cheese selection and a range of deli products.
2. The Mid Term: To open our commercial kitchen to produce and supply our range of ready to heat and serve pre-cooked items. This range we feel will be of particular interest to the restaurant trade as it offers consistency, labour savings and cost effectiveness.
2. 3. The Long Term: To be recognized by our customers and peers as the market leaders for providing 5 star products and customer service to our extensive client base across local and wider south east Asia markets.

We are a new company in Thailand and we are committed to producing high quality food products to the wholesale and retail sectors including supermarkets, bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels as well as other catering outlets and food suppliers. Manston Foods mission is to create a quality selection of sausages, bacon, burgers, hams, gammon and sliced meats as well as a ready to heat and serve range of pre-cooked meat, poultry, fish and vegetable items. 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE
A local businessman with over 20 years experience in Pattaya owning and managing a number of successful ventures. He has a passion to drive any business forward with success being the final goal. Joe’s vision to establish his business idea led to the inception and creation of Manston Foods.
A QUALIFIED CHEF
Known locally in and around Pattaya for his involvement in various successful restaurants and pubs. Steve’s UK experience includes many London hotels and restaurants as well as the Thames TV executive chef. With an in-depth knowledge of costing, recipe development and staff training he brings significant expertise to the business and will be leading the commercial kitchen side of the operation.
MEAT PROCESSING EXECUTIVE
Extensive experience in the meat processing business which has gained him a strong reputation in the industry. He has been instrumental in setting up and operating many meat processing plants in Thailand as well as consulting in Asia and UK. His ability to create and produce high-quality products for a wide range of customers has earned him the recognition as one of the best in the country.
